Chicken Vind aloo Curry

This mild and sweetly spiced dish is famous among the people of south India. Chicken Vindaloo Curry can be served with Chapatti, Naan, or a Bowl of Rice.

Rogan Josh

Blended with lots of flavorful spices, this dish comes from the dreamy and beautiful city Kashmir. People cook this 'red lamb' or the 'Rogan Josh' with dry red chilies to give it a red color. For strong flavors, whole spices are added to the dish.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Chicken is dipped in a smooth and creamy dressing prepared of red tomatoes, chili, garlic, and ginger. The star ingredient yogurt adds a slightly tangy flavor to the dish.

To make this dish, it is important to marinate the chicken overnight night, so that it soaks the Indian spices well to make the chicken even more flavorful.

Malai Kofta

Also known as vegetable meatballs, this vegetarian dish is among the most popular food in India. Malai Kofta balls are rich in fiber, minerals, protein, and vitamins as they are stuffed with many healthy vegetables and Paneer.

These tender inside and crispy outside balls are dressed with creamy thick sauce when served. This dish can be enjoyed with Naan or jeera rice.

Chole

A classic pulse which you may also find in most of the Indian kitchen, chole evolved from Punjab. The tangy and chili flavor fastens your salvation process.

This North Indian dish contains boiled chole or chickpea dipped in a puree of onion, tomato, chili, garlic, and ginger.

The ubiquitous Indian spices add aroma and taste to the dish. This commonly available dish in India is served hot with a whole wheat flour chapatti termed as Bhatura.

Palak Paneer

Another popular food from India, Palak Paneer also stated as Spinach and Cottage Cheese dish. Very popular served in Indian restaurants; this dish is made from the classic ubiquitous spices.

It can be easily made at home, the creamy dip of spinach mixed with a sautéed puree made from tomatoes, onion, and ginger-garlic paste.

The dish is dressed in fresh cream and coriander. The fresh and soft cottage cheese cubes are shallowly fried, which gives a nice texture and taste to the entire dish.

Papadi Chaat

A light yet most popular snack in India, Papadi Chaat is the amalgamation of tangy, sweet, and salty flavors. Small, golden, and crispy puris filled with salted boiled potatoes and magically flavored with regular spices of India.
