• By 2021, the steel production in India is likely to increase to 128.6 MT from 106.56 MT.
• India exported 6.36 MT of steel in 2018-19. During this phase, the imports and exports of finished steel were around 5.07 MT and 5.75 MT, respectively.
• The demand for steel in India expected to increase by more than 7% in 2019-20 and 2020-21.

Use Of Industrial Fans In Iron And Steel Production
Steel is manufactured using two different methods. In both these methods, in the production process several industrial centrifugal fans are required.
