How To Immigrate To Canada Without Job Offer In 2020?
Canada is one of the most loved destinations around the globe by aspiring immigrants. With a plan to invite over one million newcomers by 2022, the nation is set to give wings to every prospective migrant who have a clear intention of moving permanently to Canada.
In a most common scenario, we have seen that the moment a person decides about immigrating to a new country, very first question that pops up in his/her mind is, "whether I should immigrate first and then find a job or vice versa?"
To be precise, it is always beneficial for an individual to migrate first and then find a job. A skilled worker with prior work experience and educational qualification can qualify under various immigration programs through which he/she can easily move without a prior job offer.
Immigration programs offering a quick Canada PR pathway
Having a prior employment offer from a Canadian employer is not required before applying for a PR Visa under below mentioned categories:
Express Entry Program
It is one of the most popular immigration programs in Canada offering PR visa to skilled foreign workers. Introduced ...
... by the federal government of Canada in 2015, Express Entry had replaced the old “first come, first served” immigration process and since then has been processing applications electronically following a swift and transparent points' based system.
Designed to fill the labor market gaps and strengthen the economy of Canada, the IRCC invites skilled international workers based on their core human factors.
The IRCC rank the profiles of all the candidates in the pool against each other as per a points-based system known as Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). The highest ranked candidates are then considered to get an invitation to apply (ITA) for Canadian permanent residence.
A candidate must score minimum required CRS points as per individual EE draws out of 1200 CRS points, which you may easily calculate in advance using Canada PR Points Calculator before lodging an application.
Those who receive an ITA are required to submit their full application, processing fees and documents within 60-days’ time.
Express Entry System manages following three economic immigration programs:
Federal Skilled Worker Program

Out of all three immigration program, only one program offers an applicant a pathway towards Canada PR without a prior job offer from a Canadian employer, i.e. Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
