Bean and Plantain Pottage – The brown beans and natural sweetness of Plantains make its special. If made in palm oil that gives a smoky taste that is loved by many. Nigerians love pottage and it is made of yams where the main producers of yams are the Nigerians themselves.

Suya – Spiced cut meat grilled and served with onions. These Skewers are usually wrapped in newspapers. This food item is found in the northern part of Nigeria and you can never get the exact recipe for this.
