Do you know the importance of being aware of the things that happen to you?
People are used to acting in automatic mode. It is easier and more comfortable to act by reacting to what happens to us than to act by thinking, planning and making what happens to us what we want. Being aware of things: thinking, planning and collecting data beforehand is uncomfortable, requires effort and demands a sacrifice whose price we are often not willing to pay: facing and overcoming our mental barriers.

We make decisions on impulse, guided by our emotional mind, our inner fears and our ego. Although later our rational mind takes care of giving us a logical justification of the why of each decision. Excuses and justifications are always there, they are easy to find if you look for them. We are capable of convincing ourselves of anything before making a decision that forces us to leave our routine, that supposes facing one of our internal fears, or simply that it is different from what we know. Everything before being aware of things and the why of our results in life.

We live subject to an emotional sway moved by the people ...
... around us. We are swayed from one side to the other, we think, feel, decide and act in a very unconscious way by the influence of other people. To the extent that very few of our decisions are made consciously. Almost nothing we decide is planned by us or aligned with our deepest desires.

And this happens because we are not fully aware of ourselves. We do not include ourselves in the context of things. We see only what is in front of us and we are not in front of it. We should think of ourselves as if we see ourselves from a meter behind. Be aware of how we are influenced by the people around us, our unconscious fears and our own ego, leading us down a path that does not benefit us in any way.

We should commit ourselves to do what we want, what we love. But we respond better to our commitments to others than to our commitments to ourselves.

Being aware means that I see myself in what I am doing. But not seeing from my eyes, but from behind, I see myself in context. It also means being aware of what I am thinking about, reflecting and asking myself questions: Does what I am doing benefit me in getting what I am thinking about? If the answer is no, why do I do it then? If I don't benefit from what I do, I should stop doing it immediately. But we don't even ask ourselves that simple question. It's more the ego that rules over us than the reason.

It's better to stop thinking about what I don't want and focus on thinking about things related to abundance and what I want to happen to me. Become aware of my thoughts and emotions and oppose every negative thought every day. We prefer to take a victim's attitude rather than become aware and devote ourselves to studying and understanding what is going on in our lives. Everything that happens to me... Why does it happen to me? We make the biggest mistake when we look for guilt outside rather than inside ourselves. We choose to live from self-deception, victimhood, and excuses rather than from full consciousness. The best chance we have of improving our reality is to be aware of what is happening to us at every moment.

There is no such thing as good or bad, only learning. When instead of complaining, we dedicate ourselves to learning, we acquire consciousness and consciousness inevitably leads to abundance and the achievement of results.

We should be aware that success is a result of what we do, everything in life is a result, all we need is to activate the causes to obtain a result. Therefore, the things we desire to happen to us depends only on our being able to activate the causes. But instead, we prefer to look for the culprits outside and become victims. A society that does not know how to be aware of things and that lives from victimhood is a society that does not move forward.

Learn to be aware of the things that surround you, to commit yourself and to get off the automatic pilot that directs your life, to get closer to your goals.
I invite you to one of my free seminars. They are sessions in which, without any kind of commitment, I will help you improve your situation and feel proud of yourself and your results.
