The PADI scuba diver course has been started to teach people all about scuba diving. This course is aimed to teach you the basics of diving. On completion of the course, you will come to know about the different signs and symbols that you need to follow when you are diving. Although it may look simple but in reality there has to be precision when you are diving. If you panic a little or give a wrong sign to your instructor, you will not be able to enjoy the experience. However, when you become a certified scuba diver there is nothing to worry about. You know the instructions and now you can easily teach and instruct others. How cool is that?

Diving helps to relax, it helps you fight with stress; deal with all the problems in your life. One dive and all your thoughts will clear. Before you take the dive there are certain things that you to keep in mind:

In your excitement to dive don’t be in an empty stomach. Eat light but fresh food. Don’t eat greasy stuff, as you might feel uneasy when you are underwater. The pressure underwater is different from the pressure on land. Moreover your body is ...
... accustomed to the plains. When you are underwater you will be wearing the diving suit, carrying the oxygen mask and so on. On top of that if you have a heavy breakfast the experience will not be a pleasing one.
Don’t drink too much tea, coffee or orange juice. Instead drink water to keep yourself hydrated. If you drink too much orange juice, the citric acid might play funny when you are down under. So avoid it at all costs.
Ideally you should not eat anything 45 minutes to 2 hours prior to diving. If you are prone to seasickness you should avoid a heavy breakfast at all times.
During surface intervals, eat something so as to improve the energy levels in your body. We suggest that you eat high carbohydrate food items like bananas, fruit, granola bars, energy bars, cereal bars, yogurt, cookies and biscuits. They will keep you full and provide you with the required energy as well. Your aim is to replenish the energy lost so be very careful about what you eat.

Follow these diet tips and you will not feel squeamish once you are under water. Rather you will have the right amount of energy to go for another dive. So are you game for it? Plan your dive properly so that you can enjoy it. There is no rocket science involved. Anyone can learn diving and become a successful instructor. So what are you waiting for? Go ahead and get enrolled today. Your aim should be to master the art of diving so that you can teach others and encourage them to do the same. The PADI scuba diver course is a certified course that is internationally recognized. Once you become a certified diver you can work anywhere as a dive instructor.
