You would be surprised by how some of the best solutions to problem would emerge from them.
5. Optimism is the key
Hurdles are going to be encountered and there is no way to avoid problems other than quitting. And while everything around seems to fall apart, the energy and enthusiasm of a positive leader could uplift the team morale. The leader would be followed only when his action correlates to what he speak. The team is more likely to offer productive results when they see their manger striving with never ending motivation. When the team seems to find no solution to their problem, the words of positivity and encouragement from their leader could truly uplift their standards.
