Strengthening your body helps in gaining full control of your body. Squat: stand up straight on your feet. Widen your hips keep your body straight and sit down on your legs keeping your body straight. Use the full weight of your upper portion of the body on your legs to strengthen your leg muscles.

Plank: you need to lie on your stomach then put your elbows parallel to each other against your body, stretch your legs and give full pressure on your elbow.
All these intense exercises will help you gain muscle and get rid of fats. The stretching of your muscles will give you a fit and healthy body.
