● Do not give up your workout routine - If there's muscle pain or soreness that you experience post-workout, it suggests that your muscles are being stretched and getting stronger. Hence, instead of giving up your workout routine, you may shorten its duration.
● Start slow - You’re more prone to develop muscle pain if your workout is eccentric and fast-paced. Experts suggest starting slow with your workout routine and give your body enough time to adjust to the changes.
