To get a perfect body you need to do regular exercise. The exercise will help you tone your arms and give a beautiful shape to your body.

There are many resistant exercises that help to strengthen your upper body and tone your arms. You can use dumbbells or even your body-weight to learn about toning your arms.

There are many exercises that help to tone the arms as well as strengthen the upper portion of the body. The exercises are as follows:

Push-ups: You should lay on your belly than put both your hands on your side parallel to each other. Keep your body straight then with the strength of your hands push up your body and then relax. Do the same repeatedly.

Overhead extension: You need to stand on your feet but your hip-width apart. Then you need to grab the dumbbell with both your hands and pull it up and down from your front and back.
