Here, we have gathered all the possible ways that will fix the error.

Solution 1: Clear Cache

Remove Cache from Mobile

If you would like to remove cache from mobile, then abide by the given steps.

Pull down the notification bar and choose the Settings button.
You should move down and choose the ‘Facebook’ option.
Then select the ‘Storage’ option and choose ‘Clear Cache.’
You have to select ‘Clear Data’ too.
Open the Facebook option and check whether the issue has been fixed or not.
Delete Cache from Google Chrome

If you wish to delete the cache from Google Chrome, then pursue the given instructions.

Navigate to the Chrome browser on the system and choose the ‘More button’ on the upper right-hand side of the screen.

Turn off Extensions on Google Chrome

You should choose ‘More tools’ and select the Extension option on the list.
Then disable all the active extensions by switching the toggle.
Now, check whether the issue has been fixed or not.
Disable the Extensions on Mozilla Firefox

If you wish to disable the extensions on Mozilla Firefox, then pursue the given instructions.

Navigate to the Menu button on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
You should choose ‘Add-ons’ within the list.
Select the ‘Extensions’ option on the left-hand side.
Finally, choose every Extension back to back and select the ‘Disable’ option.
Turn off Extensions on Microsoft Edge

You have to select the Menu option on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
