Recover Permanently Deleted Emails From Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is one of the best email client applications and it has more than four hundred active user around the world. It lets professionals & consumers send and receive vital info via emails.
Deleting these Outlook emails accidentally can land you in a huge problem. The situation gets even more complex if you’ve deleted emails permanently. Here in this article you will get to know how to recover permanently deleted emails from outlook.
When you unintentionally delete an email from Outlook, the deleted email will not be removed from the mailbox instantly. Instead, it goes to Deleted Item/Trash folder. So, retrieving deleted emails from Outlook is still feasible.
Step 1: Open Outlook & select Deleted Items/Trash folder from the left pane.
Step 2: Select the deleted email that you wish to retrace & click on the Restore button.
Else, right click on the deleted email. Click Move, then select destination folder to restore the deleted emails.

What if the deleted emails aren’t available in deleted items folder?
Outlook email that’s present in the Trash or Deleted Item folder can only be retrieved by clicking Move or Restore option. You won’t be able to see erased emails in the Deleted Items folder if:
• You’ve permanently deleted an email using Shift + Delete keys
• Deleted Outlook email is removed from the Deleted Items folder
• Deleted Items folder is emptied
In some cases, one can even retrieve deleted emails from Outlook after the Deleted Items folder is emptied, or the message is deleted permanently. So, when you cannot discover a deleted email in the Deleted Items folder, follow the below listed procedure:
• Open Outlook & select Deleted Items
• Select Folder from the top menu
• Click Recover Deleted Items
• Select emails that you wish to restore & click Recover Selected Items
Limitations of retrieving deleted emails from Outlook manually:
• If you don’t find Deleted Items folder i.e. your profile has a Trash folder, instead of Deleted items, then your account does not support retrieving permanently erased emails from Outlook.
• Emails erased from the Deleted Items folder are retrievable for thirty days (it may differ relying on your server configuration. Usually, it may be 7-14 days. So, after this time span you cannot recover deleted emails using Recover Deleted Items option.
• Purging an email deletes it permanently, and no conventional method of Outlook email recovery can aid you in retrieving it back.
If you have lost or deleted a vital Outlook email unintentionally, and you cannot retrieve it using manual methods, then you better invest on paid email recovery software.
