1888PressRelease - More donations happen in December than in any other month. Spread good cheer this holiday season with a contribution to Disabled Veterans Charities on GivingTuesday, December 3.

REDLANDS, Calif. ─ Thankgiving may be over but the giving season has just begun for many groups. And one way nonprofits, small businesses, schools, religious organizations and more kick off year-end charitable giving is with GivingTuesday.

Since 2012, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving has been known among charities and donors alike as GivingTuesday. This designated global day of giving is a perfect opportunity to unleash your generosity to transform lives in your community. A great way to do that is with a donation to Disabled Veterans Charities.

Disabled Veterans Charities is a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to fund local Southern California organizations that provide support to at-risk veterans and their families, with an emphasis on eliminating homelessness. The organization supports programs that address veteran homelessness, provide mental health counseling, offer career assistance, and more.

“We want ...
... to thank all of our donors, past, present, and future, for their generosity,” said Disabled Veterans Charities General Manager Jo Anne Rodriguez. “Together, we are changing lives for the better.”
