If you keep eating oily and fatty foods then the body will not get the nourishment it needs to grow and stay strong. Make sure that you have a diet plan that allows you to eat all types of healthy food. There should be meat, fruits, and vegetables on your plate so that you get all the nutrients you need.
Get proper sleep:
Sleeping allows the body to get the rest it needs to stay fresh and active. If you are not getting proper sleep then you are not giving the body a chance to rejuvenate and regain its strength. Without adequate sleep, the body has no chance of restoring itself. Sleep gives the brain time to reboot and cells to repair. Make sure that you get seven to eight hours of peaceful and continuous sleep every night.
