Running a hotel business is not very easy. Travelers have become very conscious about what they want and they now look for value for money. Whether you are running a medium, small or big hotel, you have to always keep the comfort of the client as your topmost priority. There is no two ways about it. Your business is running because of them and so you have to cater to their needs and requirements. Following are some of the areas where you can improve your service:


Always emphasize on the comfort factor. One of the major reasons your client has opted your hotel out of the numerous hotels in Dursley is because of the comfort factor. Look for the ways and means by which you can offer more of it. Pay attention to details. Find out what are the trends that are being followed there. Check out what your competitors are doing. Take ideas from there to formulate your strategy. Come up with an idea that suits your business model and hotel style. Say for example if your hotel falls under budget travellers there is no point in promoting it as a luxury resort. On the contrary promote it for what it is. There are many travellers who will fall under your category. Target them to get the desired results.
