For example, you can eat nuts, seeds, fresh salads, and fruit. Research has proved that if food is eaten in its whole grain, natural state, then more enzymes are retained and used by the body, which has a naturally energizing effect. When you feel low, try to snack items such as almond nuts, oatcakes in place of sugary candy and doughnuts.
Hence, if you are feeling low or going through a difficult time and emotionally draining, then practicing yoga to strengthen our healthy life can definitely release the sadness and make us feel inspired, relaxed, and happy.
