The immune system is the defense system that protects our body from foreign matter, pathogens, and bacteria. Setu Bandhasana

Shirshasana
Shirshasana is also known as Headstand. This inverted posture gives mental clarity and strength, which contributes to a strong immune system.
Bhujangasana
Bhujangasna or Cobra Pose opens the chest and increases the blood circulation in the body. Through the increased blood flow, the immune system is strengthened.
