I was very excited to visit the metropolitan city of Delhi. I arrived in New Delhi around 2 am and the chilly winds outside railway station struck me as a mild astonishment. My first instinct was to get a hot cup of coffee as the national capital Delhi has large number of national and international cafe chains and each of them has their own speciality.

As CP was very close to New Delhi railway station, I started asking people if they knew good coffee shops in CP but as it was midnight there were very less people outside the station to ask from, so I Googled for the names of good coffee shops in CP. An array of names popped on Google for the search of coffee shops in CP leaving me confused as there were way too many options to choose from. So I decided it was best to directly visit CP and look for some good cafe restaurants in CP as I was hungry and it was already late.

I reached CP around 3am and my quest for good cafe restaurants began with a rush. Before reaching CP, I was actually anxious as it was already too late and I wondered what if there were no good coffee shops ...
... in CP available serving at this hour but I was surprised to see so many good cafe restaurants in CP still open and there was a great crowd of young people hanging out around CP. I met a group of random people who suggested me to go to the outer circle of CP as apparently, many good coffee shops in CP are situated in the outer circle.

I was hungry and the cold breeze of Delhi’s winter was taking a toll on me. So, without wasting a single minute, I rushed to the outer circle to find good cafe restaurants in CP. As I was walking through the outer circle, I came across a very nice French cafe restaurant in CP which goes by the name of Brioche Doree. The ambience of the cafe was really very peaceful. I ordered Espresso and Roasted Veg & Olive Pesto. The food was delicious and every sip of Espresso felt like heaven. After my meal at Brioche Doree, I acquired a taste for French food and it was like love at first sight with France. I checked into my office accommodation after my delicious meal at Brioche Doree.

The next morning I woke up to the foggy winter morning of New Delhi and rushed to my office in CP as I was already late. During lunch, I sat down with my colleagues and one of them was a fan of French cuisine. Even I started to crave for French food so I started wondering if there is any french pastry shop near me. Then it just clicked my mind and I recalled my last night’s visit to this cafe called Brioche Doree which surprised me with exquisite French food and coffee.

I told my colleagues “Hey guys, I know a really cool French pastry shop near me”. My colleagues were really intrigued and excited to visit the cafe, so we all went to Brioche Doree to grab quick bites. All of my colleagues loved the French food served by Brioche Doree and they were really satisfied with the service of the cafe.
One of my colleagues stayed very close to CP outer circle so he thanked me by saying that if it was not for me then he would have never discovered this amazing French pastry shop near my residence. His words made me feel like I discovered a jewel in Delhi. Brioche Doree is definitely one of the best coffee shops in CP.
