The Runescape Runefest 2010 Announced
RuneScape fans will soon have the chance to experience various aspects of the RuneScape universe brought to life, including themed areas for players to experience real-world RuneScape activities. This is just a small part of Jagex's plans for the festival that celebrates all things RuneScape: RuneFest, which is to be held in London this year on the 28th August.
There are plans to have events that centre around fan artwork, competition winner presentations, fan video work, and the aforementioned real-world RuneScape activities as well as much more. Currently those interested in going are being asked to pre-register their interest on the RuneFest website. Jagex advises that this is an adults only event as alcohol will be on sale. Otherwise, book your place if you want the opportunity to be part of one huge a huge festival that plans to be different from other gaming events, and as CEO of Jagex, Mark Gerhard, has stated, One of the best parties we've ever had.
