It is easy to spot a bathroom that is not presentable. Chances are, if the bathrooms are nasty dirty, then the office is not cleaned properly either. Just because a bathroom is tidy, however, does not guarantee the bathroom is sanitary clean. Even some bathrooms that appear to be clean, may have unpleasant odors that could indicate a problem.Strong deodorant masks could be used to cover up the situation of a potentially nasty bathroom issue.

There is a professional process for cleaning an office bathroom effectively. First of all, the cleaning staff has to study the restroom to identify where the odors come from in order to get rid of them.

Odors can come from left over dirt or bacteria and sometimes the problem starts down in the drains where it can’t easily been seen. To keep odors under control, cleaners have to thoroughly clean and disinfect every surface in the bathroom. To keep the surface dirt off of the floor, every day mopping is required. If dirt is embedded into the grout, the cleaning person may have to use a more aggressive method to get rid of the dirt.

The proper training ...
... of the cleaning staff will ensure bathrooms are correctly cleaned. A properly trained employee will get rid of the dirt you can see, as well as the dirt that can’t be seen. The professional will know what cleaners and disinfectants to use and how to use them. Proper understanding of the correct products will solve most cleaning problems.

Soap dispensers will be free of dust, soap and water spots, as well had being correctly filled with the proper supplies.

Trash cans should be emptied on a daily bases. Each trash can should a new clean can liner installed each time. The exterior of the trash can should be clean as well. Doors, door handles, walls and ceilings should be clean. Ceiling vents should dust free.

The toilets, urinals and urinal screen should have no stains, spots, urine or soil on the inside or outside of each unit. The floors should be clear of urine, dirt, hair, paper, gum and other soils. Floor drain covers will be clean and free of gunk.
