MPSC (Maharashtra Public Service Commission) holds competitive exams to hire for posts in the service of Maharashtra Government and its associated organizations. If you to aim to crack this much-coveted exam and serve the country, below is the detail information you need to know –
Who can apply?
• Nationality: You are eligible to apply for MPSC exams only if you are a citizen of India as well as settle in the State of Maharashtra.
• Age: The minimum age for candidates who appear for an MPSC exam is 18 years and the maximum age is 33 years for open category students. The maximum age for OBC candidates is 35years whereas for SC/ST/NT candidates it's 38 years.
• Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
• Students in their final year of graduation may also appear for the MPSC exam.
• No of Attempts: You can opt for the exam as many times as you want.

MPSC exam is conducted in three stages - 1) Preliminary Examination 2) Main Examination 3) Interview

1. Personal Interview
To clear the personal interview, the candidate should be aware of current affairs, social and national issues, and must have a strong presence of mind. The interview holds 100 marks.
The last merit list is declared after considering the candidates’ marks in the main examination as well as an interview.
