Pastor William Kalonga welcomed the viewers of worldwide along with Joel and Caroline Reynolds doe today’s Parach Daily Devotional with the title “THE BENEFITS OF GODLY SORROW”. The scripture of the day is from 2; Corinthians 7:1, “See what this godly sorrow has produced in you: what earnestness, what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what alarm, what longing, what concern, what readiness to see justice done. At every point, you have proved yourselves to be innocent in this matter.”

Prophet was eager to say that there are benefits when someone goes through sorrow. Caroline discussed that In sorrows, we determine to be more righteous and we will be more passionate for justice. There are some benefits that will come out of certain sorrows, which we don’t look to.

Joel Reynolds exclaimed to remember the story of Joseph from Genesis 48, where Joseph said to his brothers, that they did harm to him, but God used that harm for his good to save many people from famine. ... were pushed close to our God. God’s orchestration is really beautiful in our lives. So the viewers were encouraged to remember that God is going to bring out something good from us. No matter what you are going through, it may seem painful and fearful, we need to be sensitive when God wants us to come closer to Him.
