School and University students always need to be on the optimal stage of their cerebral activity, if they wish to top their semesters and final exams. Although practicing with their subjects and worksheets are some good ways to achieve that state, they sure are not fun and exciting. But can we expect brain-scintillating activities to be such? Can we attain a higher level of concentration and improved memory by doing something that’s challenging yet interesting, and serious yet entertaining? Professionals like scientists, army officers, doctors, and administrative level bureaucrats can be easily seen practicing chess as part of their hobby.
