Sony Xperia Xz3 V Xperia 1 – Six Things Of That Sony Has Changed By Its Latest Flagship
SONY just announced the launch of the new Xperia 1 smartphone, compared to its XZ3 predecessor.
Sony launched a new Xperia smartphone earlier this week, giving fans a surprise.
Many people have expected the Japanese technology company to launch its Xperia XZ4 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, but instead it released a device called Xperia 1.
The phone is now in Sony's top lineup and has unprecedented features in the Xperia flagship store.
Sony has been producing very good displays, but Xperia 1 is getting something new.
The device is equipped with a stunning 6.5-inch 4K OLED screen.
This sounds impressive, but Sony has now chosen a larger 21:9 aspect ratio, which is another visual enjoyment.
This should be the perfect choice for watching the latest movies on the move, and Netflix now supports this format, which is probably the best phone for boxing.
You can also find a mobile technology called X1, which Sony says can improve image quality, content with contrast, color and clarity.
And the accuracy has been improved, meaning the lens should be like the director ...
... shot
This screen should provide a more immersive experience than the current XZ3, although the device also has a very nice 6-inch OLED HDR screen.
We will find out how good Xperia 1 will be when it is officially launched in the coming months.
You will get more cameras
Sony faced some criticism last year because it only included a rear camera on the XZ3, but everything on the Xperia 1 has changed.
The phone is now equipped with a triple rear lens for better zoom and the ability to take images with a wide-angle camera.
The company's award-winning Alpha brand also has some clever technology that allows the world's first Eye Auto Focus in smartphones to focus sharply on the eye level.
And not just photography has improved, because video also has some nice additional features, including the ability to add a series of movie tones that make your home movies look like Hollywood professionals.
The unique hybrid stabilization system running Optical SteadyShot uses a unique algorithm to further improve moving images to ensure smooth, jitter-free recording.
The Final Android Processor is Internal
The Sony Xperia 1 will be one of the first Android devices to include Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 855.
This latest processor is faster and more efficient than the previous 845 processor, which you can find in XZ3, which means users should get a smoother, more lasting experience.
Improved Design
With a tall 21:9 screen occupying the center stage of this new phone, the Xperia 1 is designed to be long and tall.
Having it in our hands we don't mind how it feels, and this design has some great bonuses.
First, Sony added a feature that allows the screen to be split into two parts so that you can run several applications at the same time.
There is also XZ3's Side Sense technology, which means you can launch your favorite apps with a simple touch on the edge of the device.
You'll also find the fingerprint scanner on the side of the phone, which means that Sony eventually removed this important sensor from the back panel - this is why the XZ3 has been heavily criticized.
This will make you pay more.
The Xperia 1 is a full-featured phone, but all new technologies come at a price.
The new phone will bring you £849 when it comes out later in the spring, which is much more than the current XZ3.
In fact, as this existing device is about to be replaced, you can get one for £699 now, which is about £150 more than the new flagship.
No Wireless Charging
The XZ3 does contain one thing you can't find on Xperia 1 is wireless charging.
Sony has given up the ability to refill without cables, which means you need to plug it in to increase the battery.
This is not particularly damaging, but it seems a bit strange, especially since the current XZ3 packs this technology under its glass and metal casing.
Regarding when Xperia 1 was released with Sony, there was no official news, only that it would be launched in a specific market in the late spring of 2019.
