Simple And Easy To Follow Three Changes In Your Daily Lifestyle For A Better Tomorrow
With the increase in the pollution level and the change in weather and climatic conditions, diseases and ailments have increased. Ideally you should have your dinner by 8pm but due to the hectic work schedule this does not happen. You should sleep for 8 hours every day, no matter what. 8 hours of sleep is a must otherwise you will feel drained out and exhausted by the end of the week.
Start Exercising: You should exercise for at least an hour every day. Don’t skip it. Exercise keeps our body healthy and fit and we feel active as well. A healthy body and a relaxed mind can do wonders. If you don’t feel like hitting the gym, start doing the yoga.
