Mso9.dll
Winword.exe

1.On the Taskbar, click on Start, point to Find and then click Files and Folders
2.On the Name and Location tab, type mso9.dll in the Named box and then click Find Now option
3.The files found in the system will be enlisted, right-click on mso9.dll file and then click Rename. Type mso9.old and then press ENTER
4.Repeat steps 1 to 3 to find the Winword.exe file and rename it to Winword.old and close the Find dialog box
5.Click Start, point to Settings and click on Control Panel
6.Now in Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove Programs icon
7.On the Install/Uninstall tab, click Microsoft Office 2000 in the list of installed programs, and then click Add/Remove
8.In the Maintenance Mode dialog box, click the Repair Office option
9.In the Reinstall and Repair dialog box, click Repair errors in my Office installation and then click Finish
