PPC campaigns have many benefits when done correctly. You can bring relevant traffic to your site as well as convert leads to sales. If you want start a campaign on your own, you will need to create a simple, but effective campaign plan that will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

Here are some tips to help you get started:

If your ad is for a certain product, make sure your visitor lands on the actual page of the product. Make sure your landing page contains a clear call to action to increase your conversions. This will decrease bounce rate and of course increase conversions.

8. Track your progress. Be patient, if you happen to get a jumpstart of leads it’s okay to be excited, but don’t jump the gun here. In order to have real valuable data, monitor your campaign weekly and then monthly to identify what keywords are the most profitable and what ads are the most effective.
