To build muscle fast you need to concentrate your efforts on four major fronts: proper mass building workout routines, proper nutrition, sufficient rest and good supplements.

Thus, for them to compensate and be prepared for similar stress in the future they will respond by growing bigger and stronger!
If your exercise intensity is low, your muscle building outcomes will be low as well and you will not be able to build lean muscle fast. If you come into the gym and hit the weights hard and heavy, you will be immensely happy by having exceptional muscle growth in a much shorter period of time. Therefeore, get to the gym and hit it hard!
