Deleting Organization Forms Library May Cause Synchronization Issues In Outlook
Are you unable to connect to Microsoft Exchange Server through MS Outlook? In most of the cases, this problem is caused by synchronization issues. In such circumstances, the OST file cannot be converted into PST and thus it cannot be updated. Synchronization issue can occur due to a number of problems including Exchange Server crash, user mailbox corruption, OST corruption, and many alike. In such situations, you need to manually Convert OST to PST, using third-party applications.
In a practical scenario, you may come across the below error message, when you attempt to synchronize Microsoft Outlook with OST file:
Synchronization with the offline folder file could not be completed.
Consult the synchronization log in the deleted items folder for details.
Furthermore, you may see the below entries in synchronization log:
11:43:26 Synchronizing Organization Forms
11:43:27 Error synchronizing folder
11:43:27 [8004010F-501-0-521]
11:43:27 The client operation failed.
11:43:27 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store

... Done
You may encounter the below MAPI code in synchronization log for same issue:
8:20:20 Synchronizing Organization Forms
Error synchronizing folder
8:20:25 [80004005-507-0-522]
8:20:25 The contents of this public folder are currently unavailable. Either the Microsoft Exchange Server computer servicing this public folder is down or the public folder has not been replicated to this site. See your administrator.
After the above behavior, synchronization and OST to PST conversion process fails.
Grounds of the issue
You may come across this issue if any of the following conditions are true:
1)Organization Forms Library is deleted and then re-created after OST has synchronized it. New Organization Forms Library and original Organization Forms Library has different internal object ID.
2)Eforms Registry folder doesn't exist.
3)The Exchange Server database or user mailbox is damaged.
4)Either the OST file or Outlook profile is damaged.
In all such situations, synchronization process may fail. At this point, it becomes essential to Convert OST file manually to connect with Exchange Server and update your OST file.
It is best possible with the help of powerful and advanced commercial OST recovery applications, which successfully Convert OST to PST, including all of its objects, such as emails, notes, contacts, tasks, appointments, and attachments.
