3 Techniques To Increase Your Business Revenue Through Referrals
Most businesses nowadays still require referrals or word-of-mouth for business deals. Referrals still form the basis of income generation for almost all businesses. Having said that, it is not easy to have people referring you the business without some actual techniques or methods. Based on my experiences, there are three techniques you can use to increase your business done deals through referrals.
First, you must be willing to help the others first. A good habit is to ask someone the question, 'How may I help you in your business?' during a networking event. This question not only get you understand the other party better but also shows them you care. In most cases, you will have responses such as they are looking for certain contacts to link up. This is a perfect opportunity to link them up with your contact sphere for business collaboration.

Another important reason to be part of a supportive network is due to the fact that people are forgetful. Hence, you need to be visible at all times. Visibility will eventually leads to profitability, it takes time to build up the trust with other people so being part of a professional network will make sure you always stay relevant and visible among the members.
The third method is through the use of affiliate programs. These are also known as reward programs where you give out commissions to people who refer you businesses. There are a lot of companies especially web businesses who are doing very well with this model. Most people are driven by rewards and hence, you will be able to attract new businesses by giving a cut to people who refer you qualified referrals.
