There is a greater need to resolve the problems such as socio, economic, political, health and environmental hazards. NGO is persevering to raise funds in order to deal with the epidemic break through in the world. There's is huge requirement of paramedical staff to treat them. Massive expansion of money for global health is not that easy! It is evident that in 2007, there has been more financial aid provided to the developing countries than in the year 1990.

Major concerns in the field of health could be caused due to the climatic changes in the world. There is a sudden rise in epidemic infectious diseases, migrant worker bad health conditions etc. Over usage of the fossil fuels is causing a lot of environmental problems. It is important to pool up all expertise and resources in order to solve these problems. Pragmatic approach to these global problems is required to resolve them at the right time.
