Facilities that cannot afford such a staff should look into outsourcing this particular need. A variety of companies offer contracted services, allowing a facility to utilize trained personnel when necessary and not have to worry about paying a staff of technicians when they are not needed. The company that installed the air conditioning system will most likely be able to provide a wide variety of referrals to reputable companies for this type of service.
