Working at scaffolding sites with ladders and risky areas may call for a greater training. If you are not adequately trained it is the responsibility of an owner to provide this to you. He will also be held responsible for any injuries that occur at work place. Any fork lift trucks which are used to carry loads if it is not in a good condition it will pose life threatening problems to people at work. Neck injuries, shoulder slip, disc slip, back pain, head injury and death in extreme cases will be compensated.

Some amount of financial succour may help the victim in this situation and to combat problems. These injuries are seen commonly, while lifting heavy loads, asbestos exposure, machinery, slippery area, factories etc. You have risked your life for the company and the employer has to duly pay his respect to you and amply compensate you for this.

Such problems may arise in chemical factories, where in employees may be exposed to strong chemicals either while transporting them through trailer loader or while working at the factory itself. Usage of certain accessories, industrial machinery such as fork lifts, stacker ...
... trucks and other carriages should be adequately trained. The construction or the factory owner must make use of the most secured mode of carrying and moving heavy loaded cargos. Care should be taken while working at the scaffoldings and other elevated place.

Employers must opt for telescopic forks in order to lift heavy items which are at an elevated position. This offers greater safety and helps manoeuvre things easily. If it has additional cross bars for safety it is better. This facilitates for a safer lifting of staff, equipments and other cargos.

If these fork trucks are maintained in good condition then it can avert any accident. Do not ignore the tyres and tracks as they play an important role in a risky area. If these are not in good condition, they can lead to problems.

Common injuries at work place are as follows:
-Forklift Truck Injuries
-Accidents at scaffolding companies
-Back sprain or injury while lifting heavy loads
-Disease due to Asbestos exposure
-Deafness while working in noisy industry
-Slip Accidents
-Factory Accidents
-Insufficient training that may lead to accident
-Dermatitis disease while working in industries.

Working injuries are an occupational hazard and need to be accepted as part and parcel of daily working life. What shouldn't be regarded as acceptable though are avoidable accidents or injuries, injuries that with the right kind of training or suitable equipment, information, supervision or materials are wholly preventable.
