Visit Time

The average visit time At the Top is approximately 1hr 30 minutes. ...
... However, the average time may extend depending on peak seasons or sunset times. Please note that guests can stay at levels 124 & 125 for as long as they want.

Sunset Visits

It is advisable to book an entry time of approximately 90 minutes prior to sunset time for visitors planning to view the sunset.

Inclement Weather

For safety purposes, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Please note refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.

Baggage and Stroller Storage

For the security and comfort of everyone, visitors are required to leave their shopping bags and strollers in the check room at the entrance. You can then pick your belongings on your way out.

Audio Guided Tours

Guests visiting At the Top, Burj Khalifa can new lease a smart audio device with headphones to enjoy the fascinating stories about the iconic architecture together with interesting facts about the tower. The languages available include English, Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, French, Japanese, German and Russian.

A special edition of the audio tour is availed to young guests between the age of 8-12 years. The audio is currently available at the ticket counter at an introductory fee of AED 25.

Please note, At the Top Burj Khalifa Sky visitors can enjoy guided tours with a guest ambassador.

Internet Connectivity

A dedicated Wi-Fi connectivity is now available throughout the premises.

Photo Kiosks

Photo kiosks allow guests to capture special moments in a unique way. Using green screen technology, a team of professional photographers creates beautiful backdrops illustrating Burj Khalifa exterior or the captivating views of the city. Remember you can have your pictures printed whilst in the kiosk.

Lost Children

Incase your child goes missing while in the premises during the tour, contact the nearest guest ambassador for help.

Lost Goods

At the Top is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. However, should you lose your belongings, it’s advisable to contact the nearest staff member or go to the check room area.

Accessibility

The entire At the Top experience is wheelchair accessible and working service animals for the disabled are allowed on the tour. However, other pets are not permitted.
