Probably, high priority, urgent, must do today are words that describe most items on your to-do list. But in a day, there are limited amount of time and emergencies do pop up. As such, how do you place what's really important at the top?

e) You resist changing projects at all costs. When things come up unexpectedly, you shouldn't have to shuffle your team's work around.

f) You always drop what you're doing to assist ...

Answers:

d) ‘Yes'. You should focus your priorities on the tasks that benefit the company's bottom line. You may have a great concept for how to do things differently, but don't shift all of your employees onto the project until you or your boss determine that it's fiscally sound to do so.

e) ‘No'. Things go wrong from time to time, therefore, you need to remain flexible. A time may come when you'll need to shuffle your team's workload around to accommodate an emergency. See to it that your deadlines are covered, and strategically offer your team's assistance.

f) No. The keyword here's always. If you skip what you are doing to cover for everyone who needs an extra hand, you'll never finish with your job.
