There are five different stages that a certain team will be going through while achieving a team work. The period of transition depends on the ability and qualities of each member of the team. The leadership skill is also another factor for a successful transition.

4. Developing of plans and strategy
The fourth stage involves an exemplary effort among members. The members learn from one another, and they can develop a strategy that they can use when they are working together as a team. They share knowledge and as a result, lead to a positive attitude. In this stage, the members help one another to accomplish the task. This kind of attitude can be carried to the working environment which serves the team building objective successfully.
5. The finale
This stage will be a stage of recognition and appreciation of the individual and team efforts. When the task is accomplished, the team would usually rejoice for it. The members of the team reflect on the qualities that change because of the challenging task.
